Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Yolanda Frazier is a decorated combat veteran, international speaker, pastor, author, and CEO with over 30 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Army, corporate America, and ministry.
From leading soldiers in Afghanistan to leading major training programs in healthcare, she brings deep expertise in strategy, resilience, and people development. Today, Yolanda focuses on motivational speaking and leadership coaching, empowering individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Yolanda's Journey
Yolanda began her career in the United States Army, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and becoming a highly respected leader across multiple commands. She deployed to Afghanistan three times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, leading and training soldiers nationally and internationally in some of the most demanding environments.

After retiring from the Army in 2017, she transitioned into healthcare and became AdventHealth’s first Director of Medical Simulation and Training, where she led the development of advanced training programs until her second retirement in 2021.
Her military honors include the Bronze Star Medal, Legion of Merit Award, and 5 Meritorious Service Medals.
